Acceptance of the general conditions of sale
These General Conditions of Sale govern the sale of items marketed by Società Agricola Lupo, as part of a remote sales system through an e-commerce site. All product purchase contracts concluded through the site lupolio.com, following the procedures indicated therein (online), will be governed by these General Conditions, which form an integral and substantial part of the same. Any changes to these General Conditions of Sale will be effective at the time of their publication on the site and will apply only to sales concluded subsequently. The reference legislation is Legislative Decree 6/9/2005 n.206 (Consumer Code) which provides for specific duties for the seller and as many specific rights for the customer.
Orders
All orders are subject to acceptance by Società Agricola Lupo, with registered office in Via Generale Cascino, 40 – 97019 Vittoria (RG) – Tel: +39 333 960 5294 – VAT and Tax Code 01863140883. Purchase orders concluded through the site lupolio.com must be completed in their entirety and must contain the necessary information for the exact identification of the products ordered and the place of delivery. The response to this purchase order proposal by the Società Agricola Lupo, sent by e-mail to the address indicated by the customer, constitutes only confirmation of receipt of the purchase proposal. The customer can purchase the products indicated in the electronic catalog available on the site lupolio.com and in the quantities in stock. Should an order exceed the quantity existing in the warehouse, the purchase will be accepted limited to the products available. In this case, the customer will be informed and will be able to cancel the order or integrate it with a replacement product. The customer must notify immediately lupolio.com any errors or omissions of any kind in the terms of payment and prices contained in the order acceptance document.
Prices
All sales prices of the products displayed and indicated on the site lupolio.com constitute an offer to the public and are VAT included. The cost of shipping is variable.
Invoicing and payments
All prices displayed on the website are inclusive of VAT. A regular invoice (or tax receipt) with a separate VAT rate will be issued for each purchase. In order to provide a regular invoice, it is necessary to indicate on the order form the personal data or the company name to which it will be intended (with VAT number and tax code). Payment can be made with:

Cost of shipping and delivery
The Società Agricola Lupo, will deliver the selected and ordered products to the Customers at the destination address specified in the order. If the recipient is absent at the time of delivery, a notice will be left and the Customer must personally contact the courier or shipping agent as soon as possible to arrange delivery. Delivery will be carried out by the carriers primarily at street level. No liability can be attributed to Società Agricola Lupo, for delayed or non-delivery due to force majeure or unforeseeable circumstances.
The shipping cost it is variable.
Right of withdrawal
The customer can exercise the right of withdrawal if:
– communicate the cancellation of the order via email to Società Agricola Lupo, before having received confirmation;
- not being satisfied with the purchase made, he undertakes to return the products received in full.
The right of withdrawal must be exercised, under penalty of forfeiture, by registered letter with return receipt to:

This notification may also be sent in advance by email: info@lupolio.com within the same time frame, provided it is confirmed by registered letter with return receipt. within 48 hours after sending the telegram or e-mail. This communication must contain the data necessary for identifying the order, the will to renounce the purchase and the product or products for which the right of withdrawal is to be exercised, attaching a copy of the tax document (Invoice or DDT).
The right of withdrawal is instead excluded in the following cases:
– purchase of goods made to measure or personalized by Società Agricola Lupo according to the specific requests of the customer (e.g. gift boxes, fresh products) or which, by their nature, cannot be returned or are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly;
- products not delivered due to the absence of the customer from the place of delivery and which at the time of their collection are altered or damaged due to the delay.
If the withdrawal is made according to the methods set out above, any amount already paid for the Products and delivery costs is credited to the customer by means of the type of payment indicated by the same.
The refund will be made as soon as possible, and in any case within 15 days from the date on which the Società Agricola Lupo, has received notice of the withdrawal from the customer and has also received the ordered goods intact and in the original packaging at the following address: Società Agricola Lupo, Via Generale Cascino, 40 – 97019 Vittoria (RG). The customer is expressly obliged to return, together with the purchased goods, any complimentary products, which, in any case, constitute an integral and inseparable part of the entire order and whose provision is subject to the customer's acceptance of the goods.
The only costs borne by the customer for exercising the right of withdrawal are the direct costs of returning the Products to Società Agricola Lupo.
Applicable law
Contracts entered into online by the customer on the site lupolio.com are governed by Italian law. For anything not expressly provided for herein, the legal provisions applicable to the relationships and situations envisaged in the contract stipulated online by the customer with the Società Agricola Lupo. All the clauses forming part of the general conditions of Sale must be explicitly accepted by the customer under penalty of inability to complete the order. For this purpose, they are re-proposed at the end of the order and are subject to the activation of an acceptance FLAG by the customer.
